Tiny Crew Rivalries — Terms of Use

Welcome to Tiny Crew Rivalries ("the Platform"). By creating an account, joining a rivalry, or managing one, you agree to the following terms — whether you're a Rivalry Admin or a player. Please read them — they're short and plain English.

1. Entertainment Only — Not Suitable for Gambling

Tiny Crew Rivalries is a free, social tournament-prediction platform for friends and small groups. It is strictly for entertainment purposes. The Platform is not designed, intended, or suitable for gambling, wagering, paid entry, prizes, or any chance-based outcome involving money, and must not be used for that purpose. The Platform does not facilitate fantasy-sports contests, sweepstakes, or any activity regulated as gaming or gambling under applicable law. Paid features on the Platform (see Optional Paid Features, §4 below) are limited to administrative convenience tools and never influence gameplay, scoring, or outcomes — they are never a paid entry into a contest, prize pool, or wager of any kind.

If you and other users nonetheless choose to privately arrange side bets, buy-ins, prizes, or payouts among yourselves, that is entirely your own arrangement and your own responsibility — it has nothing to do with the Platform, has not been facilitated or endorsed by the Platform, and the Platform is not involved in, aware of, or responsible for it in any way. Any attempt to use the Platform itself to run or facilitate gambling or prize-based contests is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2. Local Laws Are Your Responsibility

Sweepstakes, contest, and gambling laws vary widely by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your own use of the Platform — and anything you privately arrange with other users — complies with all applicable laws where you live. If in doubt, consult a local attorney.

3. No Guarantees on Data, Results, or Calculations

  • Live scores and schedule data come from third-party sports data feeds and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
  • Leaderboard calculations, draft logic, bracket projections, and other automated features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • The Platform may have bugs, downtime, or data loss. We do our best, but no result, score, or calculation is guaranteed accurate.

4. Optional Paid Features (Pro+)

Rivalry Admins may optionally subscribe to Pro+ — a paid tier that unlocks admin-only conveniences (Ride Stories, Season Recaps, Living Rank Charts, higher rivalry/tournament limits). Pro+ billing and sign-in are handled by trusted third-party providers (see our Privacy Notice for exactly who they are and what they can see). Pro+ has no effect on picks, scoring, standings, or any competition outcome — it is purely an administrative convenience layer, never a paid entry into a contest, prize pool, or wager of any kind. 5. Hold Harmless / Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree that Tiny Crew Rivalries, its operators, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Disputes between users in a rivalry
  • Incorrect scores or standings
  • Lost picks, missed drafts, or data loss
  • Decisions made based on Platform data
  • Any private arrangement (including side bets, buy-ins, or prizes) between users

You agree to indemnify and hold Tiny Crew Rivalries and its operators harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Platform or from any private arrangement between you and other users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity
  • Scrape, automate, or abuse the Platform's APIs at scale
  • Post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content (including in the Smack Stream feature)
  • Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

If you manage a rivalry (Rivalry Admin), you're additionally responsible for moderating your own league's Smack Stream and removing inappropriate content, and for making sure everyone you invite understands and accepts these same terms. The Platform reserves the right to disable any league or remove any content at its sole discretion.

7. Service Is Provided "As Is"

The Platform is provided free of charge on a best-effort basis. No warranty of uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or accuracy is given. The Platform may change features, pricing, or terms at any time, and may be discontinued without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will bump the version number and you will be asked to re-accept on your next sign-in.

9. No Affiliation with Sports Organizations

This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, UEFA, the NCAA, the NFL, the PGA Tour, the DP World Tour, the IOC, or any other sports organization or governing body. Tournament names (e.g. "World Cup", "March Madness", "Olympics") are used as descriptive labels only for publicly known event structures. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Questions or concerns? Reach out to your Rivalry Admin first — most day-to-day questions (picks, standings, missed drafts) are theirs to resolve. For platform-level issues (billing, data requests, security concerns, abuse reports), email admin@tinycrewrivalries.com and a real human will respond.

By checking "I agree" you confirm that you've read these terms, are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian), and accept them on behalf of yourself and (if you manage one) everyone you invite to your rivalry.
